1. Do I need an account?

We suggest you to create an account, it's Free. You will:

3. Do you have a catalog?

In being an Eco-friendly company, we don't have the printed catalogs, we update our website daily various of promotional merchandise & information as you need. If you do not see what you require, please contact us and we will do our best to find it for you.

4. Can I request a sample?

Yes, Please tell us which sample do you want. and we will send you as soon as quickly to your delivery address. Please note that you need to charge for the sample charges and shipping cost. After you placing an order, these charges are refundable. 

If you also want to imprint / lase engrave / embroidery / or other methods you want to add the logo on our sample, you also need to pay for the logo setup charges or molding charges.

5. Do I need to reach the Mini Order Quantity?

Yes, you will see the minimum order quantity displayed on each product page, you can order any quantity as long as you reach the MOQ.

6. Can I buy  different items in an order?

Yes, you could add different items to the shopping cart and then checkout your order, or send us the Purchase Order with different items and special requirements as you want.

7. How can I place an order?

You could place your orders with us in several different ways:

  • Add the products to your shopping cart and ask us for quotation, and then proceed to pass our offers and submit your orders.
  • By sending us your email with your requirements, delivery address, shipping methods.
  • Give us a call and our sales team will follow up your orders.

8. Do I have to pay sales tax?

By the law in China, we must charge 16% sales tax when selling our general merchandise. All items will be included this sales tax without any notice.

9. Will I be able to see a proof of my artwork or get a physical pre-production sample?

Yes, Please send us your logo artwork, our designer will add your logo on our product for your confirm. Before we put your order into mass production, you will get the physical pre-production sample for final approval.

10. How long will it take to get my order?

We start the production from the following day after you approve your order / proof of the artwork / pre-production sample.  After you ask the quotation or placing an order, our sales team will tell you the estimated production time and shipping time. 

You also could tell us the delivery time you need, and we will rush our production as soon as we could.

Some items may be available to ship in 3-7 working days,  please ask us. 

11. Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed?

When we receive your order, our sales team goes to work on it, setting up screens or creating the molding tool. As a result, once an order enters production or under the transportation, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order.

12. What payment methods do you accept?

If you buy small quantity online, you could pay by Paypal (accept major credit cards or debit cards) , Western Union,  Bank Transfer.

If you place an order by email,  you will find our bank account under the Invoice, and then you could make the bank deposit. 

13. How can I get a shipping quote before I place my order?

  • You could estimate the shipping quotes on shopping cart.
  • You could call or email us to ask for the shipping quotes.
  • You may also could check with your own couriers.
  • Actual shipping costs and shipping time is determined by the shipping method you choose.

14. What shipping method do you use?

Our shipping methods are China Post  Airmail, SF ePacket, Economy Express, Global Parcel, DHL, FedEx , TNT, UPS, EMS Express, Airfreight, Ocean freight, Railway etc.

We also offer free shipping for some items by ePacket or economy express.

15. How can I track my order?

If you buy online, you could enter your email and order id to track you order, you also could call or email us for the shipment.

You may also track the shipments via the couriers' website when you get the tracking number from us.

Ocean container or Railway shipments can generally not be tracked online in real time.

16. If I'm unsatisfied with my order, what can I do?

We believe that customer satisfaction is very important to us, we take much more care in processing your order. However, due to these promotional products are personalized or imprinted, these items generally can not be re-sell, there are no exchanges or returns possible. Except  in the case of our faults as mentioned in the returns & exchange page.

17. I have received more / less pieces than my order. What do I do?

We make every attempt to send the exact quantity as your ordered. However, due to our factory manufacturing issues, all orders may be subject to a 3-5% over-run or under-run.

Please call / email us when you received the wrong quantity when you pickup from the courier within 24 hours.

18. Do I need to pay the screen fee or molding charges if I place a repeat order?

If you order the exact same product with the exact same artwork and imprint color as your previous order,  you don't need to pay for the repeat order screen fee and molding charges again.
